Aspire Grant Solutions specializes in writing grant proposals for local governments, school districts, and non-profits in Nevada. Satisfied clients include Storey County, the Storey County School District, the Elko County School District, the Center for Healthy Families, and more!  Grantors include the Nevada Department of Education, the United States Department of Education, the US Army Corps of Engineers, the US Department of Agriculture, and various private foundations.

CEO Biography

Holli Else has been a professional grant writer for a decade, serving in that capacity for both school districts and county government prior to launching her private firm, Aspire Grant Solutions.  


During her tenure at the County, Ms. Else served on various boards and committees including the CSBG, CDBG, and United Way grant committees, the County Planning Commission, the County Social Service Administrators Association, and various community advisory boards. 


While working for school districts, Ms. Else served on several committees at the state level including the Title I Committee of Practitioners, the Parent Involvement and Family Engagement Task Force, the 21st Century Community Learning Center Evaluation Advisory Committee, and the Statewide Leadership Team of the Nevada Afterschool Network . 


Ms. Else holds an Associates in General Studies, a Bachelor of Science in Business, and a Masters in Education. Ms. Else is a licensed K-8 teacher, is Comptia Project+ Certified, and holds a Certified Public Official designation from the University of Nevada, Reno.

  

She serves her community through volunteer work, holding membership on the Early Childhood Advisory Council, the Community Improvement Council,  and the Center for Healthy Families Board of Directors. Ms. Else is currently a mentor to recipients of the Nevada Promise Scholarship at Great Basin College. 


Ms. Else is a native Nevadan, born and raised in Reno. She currently resides in rural Nevada with her family, eight horses, three dogs, three goats, and one nice barn cat. In her free time, she is an avid runner, reader, and artist.
